Our appointment hours are:
Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:40 pm.
Friday 9:00 am -12:30 pm.
The office staff is available from 9:00 am to 500 pm M-F
Do you take my insurance?
Better to call for that question. Insurance plans change all the time. Sometimes the doctors contract with an individual company but not an individual plan within that companies plans. However, our self pay rates are a flat rate of $95 which is less than some plans copay or what you would pay for an in-network deductible!
