What are your hours?
Appointments Monday–Thursday 9:00 am to 4:40 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The office staff is available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you take my insurance?
We keep the current list on the Insurance page. If you do not see your plan, the $100 self-pay visit covers the exam, X-ray, and one minor procedure — collected before you are seen, nothing extra after. Surgery follow-up is $80. Call (954) 443-4141 to confirm before you come.
What does $100 actually include?
The exam plus X-ray and one minor procedure that day. Collected before you are seen. No stacked bill after.
Do you offer Clarix Flo?
Yes. Clarix Flo is an in-office injection for ankle pain, big-toe arthritis, plantar fasciitis, tendon injuries, and Achilles pain. Posted cash doses: 25 mg $900, 50 mg $1,600, 100 mg $3,000. The dose is chosen after an exam. It is not an FDA-approved stem-cell drug and not a guarantee of cure.
