Surgeon fee is $1,500 for one foot and $3,000 for both feet. That covers the surgeon only — not the hospital, anesthesia, operating room, or hardware.

The forefoot surgeon fee is $1,500 for one foot. Both feet is $3,000. It does not include anesthesia, hospital or facility fees, operating room charges, hardware, or visits before and after.
If we are out of network and the hospital accepts your insurance, the hospital may bill your plan. Without insurance, you arrange the facility fee with the hospital. Post-operative visits are $80 and include X-rays when they are needed.
Dr. David and Dr. Liliana Heath are both board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Correction is planned around your foot, your shoes, and how you actually walk — not a one-size protocol.
